Week 15

Our little nectarine is now the size of a(an).... I had guessed apple, Joe guessed plum (but then he asked me if a plum is bigger than a nectarine and I told him that a nectarine is a little smaller than a peach) then he changed his guess to peach. He stinks at this game.... APPLE! I finally got one right!
Funny though, since this kid won't let me keep an apple down usually. I love our little apple, but I do miss our nectarine...

Saw the doctor this week. Heard the little one's heartbeat! *Thump thump thumpity thump!*

I scheduled my next appointment, which is the so-called "big one" where they check the entire fetal anatomy.  I invited my mom. It's scheduled for June 30th (Happy Birthday Barrie!).  I can't wait to see my little love!!

This week's major craving was a Boston Cream donut, which was VERY strange for me because I don't like those one bit!!! And then I get to school and learn from the morning announcements that it's National Donut Day.  Are you kidding me, kid?!?!? How'd you know?? I didn't cave into the craving, though, which made Joe very mad at me.  He tried to convince me that they're healthy.  Nice try, pal!

They're his favorite, by the way. Along with strawberries, which seems to be the only enjoyable fruit for me.  Do we have a mini-me on the way?? And by me I don't mean me.  I'm pretty sure this kid will have my personality, though, because he/she kept waving at me during the sonogram and I LOVE saying hello!! So it's totally got that from me. :-)

(I still want a donut)
